Help & FAQs

Choose once; switch tools freely.

Paint over a small unwanted object on a simple textured background, repair the selection, then inspect the actual PNG.

How to repair a small region

  1. Choose one static JPEG, PNG or WebP: 15MB, 1MP and 2048px per side maximum.
  2. Mark the object, with a little background context. Use the eraser or six undo/redo steps to correct the selection.
  3. Repair the selection, inspect the actual PNG, and download only when the result is suitable.

Common questions

Can it reconstruct the hidden scene?

No. This is local texture patch repair, not a generative model. Repeated texture, seams and ghosts can remain. Large objects, bodies, faces and text are outside the reliable scope. Keep the original and inspect at 100%.

How large can a selection be?

At most 10000 pixels and 10% of the image, inside a 256×256px bounding box, with a three-pixel margin from the edge. Nearby fully unmarked, opaque sample blocks must be available.

Does it blur the marked region?

It compares known context with nearby original patches and copies matching pixels into the marked region. Pixels outside the selection are unchanged at the decoded RGBA stage; PNG encoding may normalize invisible RGB. It is not a privacy eraser.
